About ARC
ARC is a Hungarian contest, open for everybody who can describe his/her opinion with visual tools. It always asks for answers or reactions to mainstream issues.
Case Study
I sent 2 posters to ARC contest in 2009. Both were exhibited at Heroes Square Budapest, where the contest's exhibition is arranged yearly.
1: I suggested to dump an atomic bomb as we know what to happen... (like precaution)
2: I also suggested the lying politicians' mouth to clean with soap
